Amber goes of on Eric
Amber totally ripped Eric a new ass today. As most of us know, Amber told Eric that she’d had two abortions, then lied about having two more abortions to hurt her boyfriend a few years back. It seems that Eric had planned to use that information to blackmail Amber into doing what he wanted in the game. She didn’t take kindly to that idea, so she screamed at him about it.
I hate Amber, but I really hope this blowout seals Eric’s eviction this week. I’m over his weird twitching, his weasel game play, and that one eyebrow that sticks way up whenever he’s in the Diary Room. Go home, Eric!
Why do all these good moments have to happen when I’m at work?!

I think Amber is a horrible person for having an abortion (assuming you are right…will have to google that later) and I think Eric is a horrible person for trying to blackmail her. I am not keeping up w/ the online updates as much anymore because CBS has been doing a great job cutting the episodes as of late but it seemed Eric was safe this week. All of a sudden there were no floaters in the house and two distinct teams and he was part of the majority. Amber blowing up at him like that revealed her feelings she had about the situation and i think that may have swayed some votes. After a few moments though, I think they would have swayed back but a few more would sway once again not because they don’t trust Eric but rather women outnumber the men in the house and you can’t hold an abortion (no matter how wrong it is) over a woman’s head.
There might be a few things that can save Eric though. There is no secret that Amber is a very emotional person. She and Dick are the two most emotionally unstable people in the house. Who do you want as an ally, someone who keeps there feelings within or someone who wears it on their sleeve? I would prefer the former. Eric might prove to be more valuable than Amber. Second, eliminating Eric would upset their majority. With Eric they could potentially coast for a few weeks. This is especially important for Jameka who can’t compete for the next month and change. Also, w/ this past week Eric is now in the Kail role of being vunerable. He pretty much is at the beck and call of everyone.
Still there are reasons to vote him out - the abortion thing, the lies, and he is a douchebag. Also, its disturbing he has a nipple ring…two nipple rings. How nasty. Anyway, I hope they keep him around. I like the game so far because it reminds me of season 2 and season 3, which happen to be my two favorite seasons. Those seasons people played it as a game and kept their emotions on the sideline (except at the end w/ the whole Danielle debacle). I like how I don’t really like anyone individual since day one (it changes week to week and how CBS edits the show :)) and this way the focus is more on the game than on personalities. Eric might have messed that up w/ this whole blackmail incident.
Hmm…maybe that too is another reason why Eric should go.

Dean is so happy!!! People are playing game instead of with their emotions and Eric stayed in this week and has a legit shot staying until at least next week!! Nice! Seeing what Eric did on CBS really made Eric look bad but I am hoping he was genuine during the eviction ceremony and tries to repair his relationship with Amber. It doesn’t excuse his behavior but he needs to repent for what he did. (Going off on a tangent here…didn’t you bring up that Amber has a problem with Jewish people…does she have a disdain for Eric being jewish?). It was sad to see Kail go. She seemed broken down and it sucks to see her that way. I also agree w/ her that Dick is absolutely rude. I have a serious attitude problem and even I can see that dude needs to stfu and go. It was funny at the beginning but when is he going to act like an adult? 40 is the new 30 not the new 18 years old.
Um, I am kinda hoping Eric does go sometime in the next few weeks but only on the condition that America’s choice is to assign him a teammate (I wouldn’t mind seeing Jessica or Jameka get that role) so if he does get convicted we have someone who seems to be good at heart. (another tangent, if CBS brings back Big Brother and America’s player I think next year they will allow America to vote for who they want and propose that option to whoever is selected).
