Amber and Jameka nominated, Danielle wins Veto

It looks like Danielle made a smart move and nominated Jameka and Amber. I’m glad because I really can’t stand either of that dynamic duo. Hopefully one of them will go home this week and not Jen or some other totally irrelevant target.

UPDATE Not enough for a whole new post but…
Danielle won the veto, giving her a perfect opportunity to backdoor Eric or Jess….. but Danielle makes really bad decisions in this game, so she’ll probably put up Jen and get her evicted. Oh well, maybe Dick will win HOH next week and the Donato reign of blunders will continue.

Solid and unexpected nominations by Danielle. Dick, despite his attitude, is a great player and Danielle should feel fortunate he has selected her as his puppet.

Wow, you are really on top of it. Danielle did win the veto, now I’m just hoping she doesn’t nominate Jen…. but she probably will because she makes some horrible strategic decisions.

When you said that she would put up Jen, I thought that came out of left field. I knew there was past bad blood between them but they seemed to have settled their differences in the past couple of weeks. I watched tonights show in hopes CBS would get into the history that led up to Danielle’s motivation to get Jen evicted. Unfortunately, they did not. Out of a 43 min show, this issue was brought up for maybe a total of 45 seconds. Since CBS wasn’t going to fill in the blanks, I am.

I think its due to one main reason w/ a few ’sub-reasons.’ I think the main reason is Danielle is one of those women who doesn’t have a lot of female friends because she believes females are threatened by her beauty (when in actuality its the other way around and she isn’t secure with her own beauty). She brought up that she doesn’t get along with females and mostly has male friends so her working with another pretty woman, and Jen is very easy on the eyes, would never have really worked for Danielle. Couple that with Danielle feeling she came up short evicting Jen a few weeks ago and Danielle wanting to drive home the point that Nick liked her more than Jen because she is a better person and a better player thats the reasons why I think Danielle wants Jen gone. Why is she not targetting Jessica and Jameka (both I think are attractive in different ways)? It is because she isn’t working directly with either one of them so they aren’t direct threats.

Whatever the reasoning might be, I don’t think its that poor of a decision. Eric seemed like the logical choice but he isn’t a strong player. Only Jen, Dick, and Danielle are true strong players at least for this season. Still, can you really consider Jen a strong player since she can’t play for HoH for another few weeks? Getting rid of Jessica and Eric would have made more sense (Zach is true to his word and probably won’t go against his alliance unless he does a 180 personality wise; Jameka can’t compete; Amber is Amber; Dick wouldn’t nominate his daughter). Getting rid of Jessica and Eric would not only have set her up for this week but put her in good standing for two weeks from now as well.

Wait, I remember Jen playing last week. She can play for HoH. She is a strong player and can play for HoH. Maybe Danielle didn’t make that poor of a decision after all.
