Jessie is the new Ryan

Here’s the updates so far: Michelle won the Veto and chose to keep the nominations the same. It looks like Steven will be going home… at least for now. There was some talk of getting Libra nominated, but nothing came of it. I’m glad because Steven seems unhappy in the house and I think Dan could do more damage in the long run.
So, this doesn’t have a ton to do with tonight’s episode, but I really can’t stand Jessie.
Clearly, even the producers don’t care for him because they made him look like a total arrogant fuck cheese. He does nothing but talk about his muscles, he has pictures of himself all over his HoH room, and he puffs out his chest as he arrogantly stomps around the house. Does he even understand that he’s repulsive?!
I really couldn’t get over it tonight!
Usually, there’s someone I start to like early on in the game and I watch because I want that person to get far. In the past, I’ve endorsed Kaysar and Janelle, Dick Donato, and went back and forth about Crazy James last year.
This year, it seems like it’s a reverse endorsement. Instead of hoping the good people (like Keesha so far) make it to the end of this game, I’ve been watching in hopes that horrible Jessie gets sent packing.
I really can’t explain the degree to which he creeps me out! It’s a lot like horrible Ryan from last year only without his bulging beer gut and too-small-for-his-fat-face beard. Please BB Gods, Please don’t let it be like last time and let the biggest douche get to the end!
Unfortunately for me, Jessie is HoH this week, so his sickeningly gross face/body/personality will be all over my tv for another week. Yuck!
Here’s to hoping someone gets his lame ass out next week!

I agree with you about Jesse. I know CBS did a lot of editing to make this episode happen but even in isolated moments, Jesse seemed over the top. I don’t think the guy is stupid but he isn’t really bright either. I like when players go after people they don’t like, so I wished he went after Rennie. It is a waste to go after her because she isn’t a threat beyond her vote but still, I prefer if he went with his original intentions instead of his “team’s” intentions. I put “team” in quotes because I don’t remember him being a part of Libra and April’s team last week. Libra and April were not about keeping Jesse in the game, just getting Brian out of it. Unfortunately, Jesse doesn’t get that.
Speaking of LIbra, I don’t want her to win. I don’t want her, April, or Ollie to win, at least at the moment. They know they are pretty powerful in the house but I don’t like when people acknowledge their power. I am not a big fan of the ego. I do hope they stay in the game though because it seems Libra and April are Type A personalities. Right now, Libra is pretty out there with her personality but April is starting to reveal her’s slowly. Now that she let Ollie visit the candy shop, she knows she has someone she can control, and I am assuming in the coming (lol) weeks she will reveal more of it and eventually clash with Libra. The only thing that can stop it is if CBS somehow transfers the level of heat April and Keesha have during the tv shows to happen during the week. That might push Libra and April closer together only because Keesha doesn’t have much love for Libra either.
One note that relates to two points you made. I am rooting for Dan. He seems like a down to earth guy and is pretty straight forward with the house guests and America. What he is doing inside the house probably isn’t that much different from what he would do outside of it. He kind of reminds me of Roddy except he isn’t a pompus douchebag. People seem to like him inside the house and while they know he is a threat they don’t mind keeping him around.
I forgot something.
I don’t know if there were any last year but this year, we are seeing the quick development of floaters. Right now there is Angie, Renny and Keesha. I know its still early but I haven’t seen anything from these ladies that would make anyone ally with them for gaming reasons.
Last night’s show was mildly interesting. I will say this, slop is great! Any house guest on slop or ever better, on slop for the past two weeks has no control over their emotions. Jerry lost it, Renny lost it, and Libra lost it! Awesome!!!
I wish Michelle did use the veto. It was in her best interest not to since she is allied w/ Libra but it would be nice for someone to use the veto instead of giving the excuse that it will put a target on their back. I think Michelle actually think she is going to win this game. Silly lady.
