Week 5: Nominations
You would think last night’s show would have bored me since I predicted who Chima would nominate for eviction but apparently you haven’t been following my thoughts. Shame on you!!!
Actually the show was pretty boring but there were definitely some interesting points. The first was concerning a secret Chima revealed to everyone. She was raped and if that wasn’t enough, it was at the hands of a serial killer. I now feel guilty for calling her a bitch and I apologize. I still think her attitude stinks but I think I can understand why she is so hostile. Maybe she was like this before being raped but it doesn’t matter. Having something that horrific happening to her gives her a pass in my book.
The next interesting point was the continuation of the Lydia, Natalie, and Jesse love triangle. Lydia is still pursuing Jesse and while she may not admit it, Natalie has it bad for Jesse too. How does Jesse feel? Well, I can’t help but recall what he said in the diary room that he doesn’t like getting close to people. I see more of a chance of him hooking up with Natalie but he is going to be very guarded about it. In other words, don’t expect anything to happen anytime soon.
The last interesting aspect of the show was a proper explanation of the Coup d’Etat power. I thought Jeff could only decide who comes off the block but apparently he can also select who goes up on the block as well!! Woah, could this be the first time Natalie goes up on the block? If Jesse or Natalie don’t win the veto tomorrow night, expect one of those two to be going home.
Tomorrow’s veto show is actually worth watching! You know what else is also worth checking out? My thoughts! Till next time….
