Well, well, well… this season is turning out to be filled with steamy action. Like an episode of Temptation Island, everyone seems to be in bed with everyone else. I blame the producers for taking these attention-hungry media whores and pairing them up with a “soulmate”, thus giving them every excuse to be as slutty as possible. They HGs probably think, “It’s not being a slut, he’s supposed to be my soulmate! It’s ok if I bang him in the bathroom or blow him on camera.”
According to the headline on BB Chatter, Natalie gave Matt a BJ last night.
Remember when the hook ups on BB were all undercover, top secret summer flings? Remember when people would kiss under the covers so the cameras didn’t capture every spit-swapping moment?
This season, all the undercover stuff is out the window as people hook up left and right. Congratulations to the producers and CBS. They got what they wanted. After all, they designed a house with more private areas than past seasons, paired people with romantic partners, cast people who clearly have no problems with making amateur porn and filled the house with condoms. It’s just interesting to see how the series has shifted this time around.
I’m still looking for video of the alleged blow job incident, but until then, here’s a video of Natalie letting all the guys squeeze her boobs.

Ok, so unfortunately my job is preventing me from being an obsessive feed watcher at the moment. It’s always slower in the summer around the office, so I have so much more time during regular seasons.
Anyway, it seems that there has been quite a lot of drama going on inside and outside the house.
First, Neil is gone. Apparently he was called into the diary room and never came back. It seems that he had a family emergency. Morty’s TV reported that he had the option to leave or stay and he chose to leave. Frankly, I think that’s the best decision. Family stuff should always come before competing in a reality show.
Joshua was devastated because he was really falling for Neil, they had even shared a kiss. Joshua cried for a while and the other HGs tried to comfort him.
Then BB gave Joshua the option of picking an evicted person to be his partner. This is pretty lame because it really puts him at a disadvantage in the game, which sucks because I like him. Anyway, he chose Sharon because everyone thought she got a raw deal from being partnered up with her ex, who also happened to be a moron.
I agree completely with the moron bit. On last night’s episode, Jacob tried to create all this controversy by telling Jen that Parker was a snake. He did this when Jen and Parker were still the power couple, and while they still had the opportunity to evict him. Naturally, the did.
Then today we had a BB Valentine’s Day surprise when Ryan and Jen decided to get it on in the bathroom. Parker was outside and tried to get in the bathroom when he realized what was going on in there. It seems that the entire encounter didn’t last very long and everyone has been making fun or Ryan calling him the “one minute man.”
I guess the producers and the casting directors did a good job this season because we’ve already got sex, but that doesn’t stop this from being really boring this time around. I kind of like ti more when people play as individuals because there’s so much more actual game play. Having a partner can be a liability, but it can also be a huge safety net that prevents people from making any crazy moves or trying to “throw each other under the bus” to use a common BB term.
Anyway, now Sharon is partnered up with Joshua. Alex and Amanda are still HOH and Jen and Parker, Allison and Ryan are nominated.
Many people have noticed that the logo for this current season has a heart in it. There has been speculation that the contestants are ex-lovers, or even current couples. While I’m not sure about the meaning behind this, it looks like the producers have indeed cooked up a romantic twist for the show.
Showmances are a staple of this show. From the first season when Brittany and Jamie both liked Josh to the “groundbreaking” Dave/Amanda sex scene in the HOH, this show would be nothing if it weren’t for all those questions about who’s hooking up with who.
If you look at your favorite HGs or favorite seasons, I’ll bet you that part of what you loved about them was all the sexual tension. All-Stars, which was probably one of the most loved seasons by BB fans, was fueled by the possibility of a Brangelina-like Will/Janelle hook up. Even last year’s all-too-short Daniele/Nick fling was one of the interesting parts of the season, and by the time we got around to the Eric/Jessica make out sesh, it was clear that a showmance makes for good tv.
This year’s addition of the “spa” room with massage table, two person sauna and….. oh yeah…. the BOWL OF CONDOMS, should let everyone know that the producers are counting on a lot of steamy showmance action.
Variety reported that CBS could bring back everyone’s favorite summer guilty pleasure a little earlier than expected.It seems that with the writers’ strike, CBS is going to be turning to its reality shows to generate some new programming. BB could return as soon as February and could even be a special Celebrity Big Brother season since there are so many actors (*cough* D-Listers *cough*) out of work due to the strike.Variety noted:
There’s been buzz that the next edition of “Big Brother” might actually use celebrities, as opposed to ordinary people. A long strike might work in favor of such a plan, since some celebs normally busy working on sitcoms and dramas might have some time on their hands.While it sucks that great shows like ‘30 Rock’ are affected by the strike, I can’t say it wouldn’t be awesome to get a celeb season of my favorite reality show of all time.
This year, Trashwire’s Big Brother 8 coverage was the most popular section of the site for the three months the show aired.
