It is so hot! I have not put up my air conditioner yet this summer and I am wondering if its too late to even do it now? So because its difficult to go to sleep while sweating (except after a good workout), I am here to write about week 3’s nominations in the Big Brother house.

The Big Brother house is about to evict their second house guest and I am not sure if I am just tired or quickly getting bored. Last episode when Russell could have been backdoored was an indication that Big Brother is beginning to fall back into its same routine. Lets hope tonight’s eviction episode does not follow.

I wonder if Netflix airs the entire episode or CBS provides it with a copy that is slightly edited from the aired version? I ask this because in the show recaps, I don’t remember some of the dialogue. While some of it is not critical, I am wondering if its bad memory on my part or just a cut of the show I haven’t seen because I don’t watch it on TV. Oh well! Read below for my thoughts and feelings about Tuesday’s veto show.

Coming into this week I think even the old school Big Brother fans had to be excited. Ronnie had betrayed one of his many alliances and then won the head of household. The former happens a lot in this game but I can’t remember anyone going from the dog house to king of the castle in less than one show. If you can, comment below!

Welcome to part II of my thoughts for week 1’s veto and eviction shows. Initially, I did think I could wrap it up into one entry but the veto show turned out to be very eventful in my eyes. I want to say this entry will be brief because its the eviction show but who knows! Read below to find out. [Read more →]
Initially, I was just going to reflect after I saw both shows but I got drawn in so I decided to write down some of my feelings as I was watching the show.

Lydia and Chima. I am a bit dissapointed because I do like Lydia but as Jesse not so eloquently put it, its part of the game. I am going to put the nominations aside for a moment and discuss my impressions of the show.
Hey everyone. As may have noticed, I am not Alexis, I am Dean, an avid follower of Big Brother and of trashwire.com. This season Alexis has allowed me to post my thoughts on Big Brother with all of you and I am really excited about it! A couple of things to note before I get started: 1. I am a full-time student and I do work. While I would like to watch every episode as it happens, it doesn’t always work out that way. I will likely see every episode but its unlikely to happen on the day it airs. 2. I am not a super-fan. There was a time when I wanted to watch the live feeds and see whats going on in the house 24/7 but not anymore. Lets be honest, the quality of the show and contestants have gone down a bit in the last few years. I think thats it. Read my recap of episode one “after the jump.”
Hooray! Dan won the grand prize!
Keesha won the $25,000 audience prize, voted on by viewers.
If you bought the live feeds, make sure to call Real Player to cancel.
Dan won the final HoH and evicted Jerry, making him and Memphis the final two and guaranteeing one of them $500,000.
I’m psyched because Dan’s my favorite! I think everyone will realize what a great game he’s played and vote him the winner.
