When discussing the challenges on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here during an episode of the Ricky Gervais Show podcast, Karl said that he couldn’t eat a kangaroo penis on an empty stomach and mused, “I could eat a knob at night.” That quote spread like wildfire and make Karl an icon.
