“Obviously, there should be someone keeping track of Denver area restaurants. Somewhere the local fare is both critiqued and the feedback is shared with the masses. I present to you the Vato Gourmet. (horns sound)I am going to offer a completely biased but never censored look into the culinary wonderland that is Denver, Colorado. Unlike the “other” stuffy top ten lists floating around that can be easily influenced, my assessments will be based on the perspective of a PAYING customer. So join me and lets see what we can find.
