This video from SNL Backstage shows Zach shaving his beard for the “Pageant Talk” sketch on SNL. It also shows the speedy application of the fake beard he wore during the closing moments of the show.
In a pleasant surprise, SNL had some great sketches last night. Arguably the most memorable was the digital short featuring Andy Samberg and musical guest Rihanna.

Sam Mendes strikes gold again with his latest film, Away We Go, starring John Krasinski (TV’s The Office) and Maya Rudolph (Saturday Night Live) and written by Dave Eggers (upcoming script for the movie version of Where the Wild Things Are) and Vendela Vida.
Parks and Recreation is basically a new version of The Office. There is absolutely no difference in the style, presentation, or punchline. The only real difference is that the majority of the comedy heavy-lifting is placed on Amy Poehler who has ultimately been dealt an undeveloped character.
