A post-breakup road trip turns into a comedy caper in this film from director Ethan Cohen and writer Tricia Cooke.

Margaret Qualley and Geraldine Viswanathan deliver as the two leads here. Qualley is Jamie, a free spirit who can’t resist hooking up with every girl she sees, and Viswanathan is Marian, whose uptight and nervous nature makes her the polar opposite of Jamie.

Through a series of events beyond their control, the girls find themselves in possession of a very important briefcase and being tracked down by two hitmen (Joey Slotnick and C.J. Wilson) trying to recover it for their boss Colman Domingo.

With twists and turns, absurdity, heart, and appearances from Pedro Pascal, Matt Damon, and Miley Cyrus, Drive-Away Dolls is the type of small, one-off comedy that you rarely see in multiplexes these days.
