‘Hey Paula’ just keeps getting worse

On tonight’s episode of Hey Paula, things went from bad to worse in a big way.

Paula received the Woman of the Year award from the Nevada Ballet Theater. But first, she had to do some press.

On the heels of her disastrous morning show satellite tour, she walked the red carpet and spoke to reporters at the award ceremony.

She stalled for about an hour claiming she wasn’t yet ready. Her publicist believed that she was actually just nervous to talk to reporters and possibly humiliate herself again. He kept trying to make excuses for her, but even he started getting annoyed at her childish behavior.

After that, she approached one reporter to give a quick interview. Her publicist yelled at the poor reporter for a few minutes before she even got the chance to shake Paula’s hand and get started.

It’s not like things were any better once she did start the interview. She was so amazingly incoherent that it was almost shocking. She struggled for a while trying to say “receiving” as she slurred and waved her arms around. That’s not all. She responded to one question by saying she was crazy and poking the reporter in the arm a ton of times as she said she had to deal with “Paula, hey Paula, say something” I have no idea what that means, but apparently in Paula’s language it makes sense.

Her publicist stared on in embarrassment before finally whisking her off violently and carting her into the event.

Wow! I have no idea what to say at this show at this point. This is so insane that sometimes I’m not even sure if it’s real.

What excuse could they possibly come up with next? Parkinson’s?
